N³ Summit 2026: Strengthening Canada’s Advanced Manufacturing Ecosystem Through Collaboration and Innovation

Canada Makes and AI4Manufacturing participated in the N³ Summit 2026 as part of the NGen Cluster Accelerator Network (NGenCAN) Innovation Zone, joining a diverse group of industry leaders, academic institutions, government representatives, and international partners.

The event highlighted a clear shift across Canada’s advanced manufacturing sector in areas such as artificial intelligence, defence readiness, and supply chain resilience. Conversations throughout the summit emphasized the importance of collaboration, with organizations actively seeking partnerships and practical pathways to innovation.

Canada Makes’ Capability Map and AI4Manufacturing’s Use Case Explorer were both featured as key tools supporting this transition, helping organizations better understand, adopt, and deploy advanced technologies across real-world manufacturing environments.
The summit also reinforced the growing importance of defence and dual-use technologies, alongside the need for stronger workforce development, global market engagement, and sustainable cluster models.
